TURTLESON EVENT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

A majority of Turtleson event orders contain a specific club/event embroidered logo so we ask that you work directly with the pro shop or event for all returns and exchanges first. If you are unable to work with the pro shop or event please contact us so that we can discuss next steps.  

Our Guarantee
We guarantee every item we make and sell. We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each and every one. We guarantee the items will arrive to you in the manner and form as described in their individual product descriptions. Our Guarantee covers:

• Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
• Failure of materials
• Production defects

Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, tool damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Our Guarantee applies to all Turtleson items purchased through our event and tournament program.
