Since the majority of Turtleson event orders involve custom club or event embroidery, these personalized items cannot be returned.
To assist you as best as possible, we encourage you to first reach out to the event host, pro shop, or event organizer to discuss your specific needs as they are often best equipped to handle these situations directly.
However, if you are unable to resolve the issue through your event, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you and will be happy to discuss the next steps to find any available alternative solutions.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee every item we make and sell. We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each and every one. We guarantee the items will arrive to you in the manner and form as described in their individual product descriptions. Our Guarantee covers:
- Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
- Failure of materials
- Production defects
Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, tool damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Our Guarantee applies to all Turtleson items purchased through our event and tournament program.
