The code you received via
email entitles you to select two items from the collection below.

If you
would like your items embroidered with the Polsinelli Logo, please type "Logo A or Logo
B" in the order comments at checkout and both
selections will have that logo applied.  If no comment, your order will
not be sent for embroidery.

Please proceed to checkout and verify your
code POLSINELLI is in place to remove all charges.  All
orders will be shipped to the event for distribution.  The address you
enter at checkout is for participant verification only and will not change the
destination of your order.
